Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
To report an issue, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging as proof. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refunds
